Users may not:

• use them to create competing services

• remove proprietary notices or branding

• reverse engineer the systems

Access to these assets may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at the discretion of B10X.ai.

Upon termination of the subscription or platform access, the license to use these proprietary systems immediately ends.

Users remain solely responsible for the content they create or distribute using the platform.

B10X.ai does not monitor all user-generated content and shall not be responsible for user-generated materials.

The B10X.ai platform is built in part on technology provided by GoHighLevel, a third-party software provider that delivers CRM and marketing automation infrastructure.

Additional third-party providers may include:

• cloud hosting providers

• messaging and telecommunications providers

• payment processors

• analytics providers

• artificial intelligence providers

• integration platforms and APIs

Because certain elements of the platform rely on infrastructure operated by these external providers, users acknowledge and agree that:

• some features depend on services outside the control of B10X.ai

• service availability may be affected by third-party providers

• integrations and capabilities may evolve as technologies change

B10X.ai does not control the development roadmap, uptime, policies, pricing, or operational decisions of third-party platforms including GoHighLevel.

Accordingly, B10X.ai shall not be held responsible for:

• service interruptions caused by third-party providers

• changes in platform features or APIs

• pricing or policy changes imposed by external providers

• limitations or restrictions introduced by these platforms

B10X.ai may modify integrations or platform features when required due to changes in third-party infrastructure.

B10X.ai does not store full payment card information and is not responsible for the operations or security of external payment systems.
