B10X.ai se réserve le droit de modifier ou d'interrompre les fonctionnalités des Services à tout moment.

3. Comptes utilisateurs

Pour accéder à certaines fonctionnalités de la plateforme, les utilisateurs peuvent être amenés à créer un compte.

Vous acceptez :

• fournir des informations exactes et complètes
• Veuillez préserver la confidentialité de vos identifiants de connexion.

All such systems and assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of B10X.ai and/or Ascala Tech.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• platform snapshots
• automation workflows
• marketing templates
• CRM configurations
• AI agents and prompt libraries
• automation frameworks
• proprietary marketing systems
• training materials and documentation

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets solely within the B10X.ai platform while their subscription remains active.

Users may not:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute these assets
• export or resell them outside the platform
• use them to create competing services
• remove proprietary notices or branding
• reverse engineer the systems

Access to these assets may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at the discretion of B10X.ai.

Upon termination of the subscription or platform access, the license to use these proprietary systems immediately ends.

9. User-Generated Content

Users may upload or generate content within the platform, including messages, marketing content, automation workflows, and digital assets.

Users remain solely responsible for the content they create or distribute using the platform.

B10X.ai does not monitor all user-generated content and shall not be responsible for user-generated materials.

10. Artificial Intelligence Features

The B10X.ai platform may include tools powered by artificial intelligence technologies.

These tools may assist users in generating content, automation workflows, marketing assets, or operational recommendations.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before using it in business operations or communications.

B10X.ai makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

11. Third-Party Infrastructure and Platform Dependency

B10X.ai operates using a combination of proprietary systems and third-party technology infrastructure that enable certain features of the platform.

The B10X.ai platform is built in part on technology provided by GoHighLevel, a third-party software provider that delivers CRM and marketing automation infrastructure.

Additional third-party providers may include:

• cloud hosting providers
• messaging and telecommunications providers
• payment processors
• analytics providers
• artificial intelligence providers
• integration platforms and APIs

Because certain elements of the platform rely on infrastructure operated by these external providers, users acknowledge and agree that:

• some features depend on services outside the control of B10X.ai
• service availability may be affected by third-party providers
• integrations and capabilities may evolve as technologies change

B10X.ai does not control the development roadmap, uptime, policies, pricing, or operational decisions of third-party platforms including GoHighLevel.

Accordingly, B10X.ai shall not be held responsible for:

• service interruptions caused by third-party providers
• changes in platform features or APIs
• pricing or policy changes imposed by external providers
• limitations or restrictions introduced by these platforms

B10X.ai may modify integrations or platform features when required due to changes in third-party infrastructure.

12. Payment Processing

Payments for subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment processors.

B10X.ai does not store full payment card information and is not responsible for the operations or security of external payment systems.

13. External Links

The B10X.ai website may contain links to third-party websites.

B10X.ai is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

14. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

B10X.ai does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B10X.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• use or inability to use the platform
• loss of business or revenue
• service interruptions
• third-party provider outages

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Program Description

By subscribing to SMS communications from B10X.ai, you agree to receive messages that may include:

Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message.

You will receive confirmation and will no longer receive SMS communications from the program.

Re-Enrollment

To re-subscribe, simply sign up again through the website or platform.
